OUR POLICIES

First, we want to start this topic by thanking our guests.  Without your support, we would not be able to confidently stand behind our policy. It’s unfortunate that such a policy exists.  We feel strongly that the guests who visit us repeatedly, respect us as professionals and we’re grateful because this is the regard at which we hold ourselves.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Our PolicIies Protects Our Guests

Did you know that at Pure Eden Salon, we have at any given moment, three to ten guests waiting on a cancellation list for appointments?  We continue to hire, train and grow because of this demand!  So given this demand, we have to enforce our policy to protect those who are eagerly waiting for their appointments. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of a 24-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). Cancellation notices must be given earlier for some services such as for Bridal Packages. Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to 100% of all the scheduled service(s)

Our Policies Protects Our Stylists and Service Providers

Did you know that in our industry, most stylists and service providers earn their income by commission? This means they do not make a salary, they do not get paid hourly. They earn their living by taking care of the guests in their chair.  If a guest doesn’t show up for their appointment or cancels with little notice, this doesn’t leave an opportunity for the them to book another appointment.

CREDIT CARD ON FILE 

New guests will be required to put down a non refundable deposit when scheduling their appointment.  This will go towards their service. In the event of a no-show the deposit will be paid to the stylist to cover their loss of wages. In the event you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us a minimum of a 24-hour notice to avoid deposit forfeiture. All guests will have a credit card on file.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Pure Eden Salon gift cards are perfect for anyone on any occasion. Our gift cards can be used towards any salon service or product. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, or to be used to purchase another gift card.  Pure Eden is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date, unless otherwise determined.

OUR POLICY FOR BRIDES & BRIDAL PARTIES

Our Bridal packages require a reservation prior to the wedding date. A $100 non refundable payment is due at the time of reservation to hold the date and some packages may include additional fees. All Wedding Party & Bridal service appointment cancellations will need to be made 90 days before the scheduled appointment date(s).

OUR POLICY FOR PRODUCT RETURNS

Retail products may be returned or exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days. We do not
offer or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.

 

OUR POLICY FOR SERVICES 

if you are not totally satisfied with your color and your cutting service, nail’s or body waxing service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within seven days with the stylist you were originally with. The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color. Full service price applies after seven days. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist. We do not offer refunds for any services. Pure Eden Salon will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Because of the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has
previously had color done outside of our salon.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy.  We will not sell or offer your information to anyone else.
